Are you craving chocolate but do not want all of the preservatives in a candy bar? Well, make your own raw chocolate! This chocolate also can be vegan, if you replace the honey (since I know a lot of vegans will not eat honey), with maple syrup or agave nectar. You can do a lot with this chocolate! Make bark, put it into molds, make homemade peanut butter cups, and mix-ins and so much more! I've written a basic recipe for the bark, but feel free to adapt the recipe any way you like!
Raw Chocolate Recipe:
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 tbsp coconut oil (at room temperature or softened)
-1 tbsp honey (you can add more or less depending on tastes)
Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure to not melt the coconut oil because then the chocolate will not hold together as well. Once all ingredients are combined, spread the chocolate out on a sheet. I spread the chocolate on aluminum foil because I did not have parchment paper, so either one of these work. Put the chocolate in the freezer and eat once hardened.
Trust me, this chocolate is delicious! The give it a melt-in-your-mouth like texture!
XOXO Sabrina

Oooh I love this! I definitely love chocolate, but I'm on a mission to try and make as many food and cleaning products as I can this year instead of buying them, so this is perfect.
