Healthy Cookie Dough Frappuccino Recipe

It's the best of three worlds....cookie dough, frappuccino, and healthy! :)
You will need:
2 cups of ice
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup dark brewed coffee
2 packets stevia (or to taste, start with one then add more.)
*3 tablespoons cookie dough (You can use the recipe I have below from The Cookie Dough Lover's Cookbook, or any store bought refrigerated cookie dough.)
Combine everything in a blender and pulse until everything if fully blended and has a creamy-like texture. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
*Cookie Dough Recipe:
1/2 cup (1stick) unsalted butter (earth balance for vegan version)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk (I used almond)1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Start by beating together the butter and sugars. Mix in vanilla and milk, then finally stir in the flour and salt until a stiff dough forms.

This recipe was originally just going to be a healthy version of Starbuck's frappuccino, but I had some cookie dough sitting in the fridge I had previously made and decided to use it. I don't think Starbucks has ever had a cookie dough frappuccino, so this is a new variation of the recipe rather than a copycat. For a regular frappuccino, just omit the cookie dough. There are so many different mix-ins to add to the frappuccino recipe, you could really make any kind you like! Plus, save $5-$6 every time you want a "specialty" drink. This is a huge factor to me because I love Starbuck's fancy drinks but I'm so tired of emptying my wallet every time I make a trip there. It's best to do without spending all the money...and consuming all the calories and extra sugar in a regular frappuccino!!

XOXO Sabrina
